Ingredients

  • 2 lb catfish nuggets or fillet (or any fish of your choice)
  • ¼ cup chicken pakora mix (more if needed) Add to Cart

  • Oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Clean, wash, and drain the fish. Pat dry.
  2. Mix lemon juice into the fish.
  3. Coat the fish fillets with pakora mix or gently toss the nuggets until covered.
  4. Let the fish sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the fish until medium brown, turning occasionally.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with rice and daal, your favorite bread and salad, or enjoy fish and chips with fries and chutney.
